Scientific name: Arundina sp
Common name: Dwarf Arundina, Dwarf grass orchid
Family: Orchidaceae
Origin: South East Asia
Photographs taken at The Secret Garden of 1-Utama
Notes:
These are rare orchids which we may find growing wild along our Malaysian North-South highway, particularly near/along Perak. People have see this plant in Cameron Highlands, Pahang. I haven't see any dwarf arundinas available for sale yet. The plant is about 1 tall and flowers about 2-3cm in diameter.
