Platycerium coronarium - Common Staghorn Fern

Features:
Staghorn ferns grow from a rhizome. It has 2 types of leaves; one which is erect and forms a bowl clasping the tree trunk while another set of leaves resemble the antlers of a stag. 

How to grow : 
Partial shade, moderate watering. It can be grown indoors and requires occasional misting. Propagation is by spores or plantlets which may arise on old roots.
